Securing escape and rescue routes is of particular importance when planning and equipping buildings. Reliable and permanently functioning hardware solutions for escape doors must enable quick and intuitive escape in an emergency. HEWI panic bars can be operated with minimum effort and therefore meet the requirements of DIN EN 1125 for panic locks. Design options offer design possibilities. Models are available in stainless steel, with a doubled-up gripping area made of polyamide (DIN 18040) and in the luminescent glow variant.
